Welcome to Serenya Luxury Cars. By confirming a booking with us, you agree to the following terms.

Our Service

All vehicles are provided exclusively with a professional chauffeur.
Self-drive services are not offered. Our chauffeurs are the only authorized drivers of our vehicles.

Reservations & Payment

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit.
Full settlement is required prior to service commencement unless otherwise agreed.

Rates vary based on vehicle selection, duration, distance, and service requirements.

Time & Extensions

Service duration is as reserved.
Additional time is subject to availability and charged accordingly.

Client Conduct

We kindly request that all guests:

• Treat our vehicles and chauffeurs with respect
• Refrain from smoking unless prior approval is granted
• Ensure appropriate passenger conduct throughout the journey

Clients are responsible for any damage caused by passengers during the booking.

Cancellations

Cancellations made within the stated notice period may qualify for a refund.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Liability

While we strive for punctuality and excellence, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic conditions, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the client.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
